Summary: I stay at this Drury at least once a year. Everytime I stop I get the friendliest people to service my needs. Especially the front desk.it is obvious that Drury goes out of their way to hire and train the most friendliest staff.

Summary: We loved the Drury and would definitely recommend. The people at the Drury were wonderful! So helpful, attentive and friendly. Some of the best hotel service we have experience. The hotel is clean, quiet and nice. Great location!

Summary: great location if you are looking for a sun deck on the roof close to the poolnto hop back and forth in the summer in downtown pittsburgh. we stay here with kids free breakfast and “dinner”. the drinks are nice at the end of the day. not a bad walk to the stadiums.

Summary: This place was great. We were in town for one night during our cross country move. They are pet friendly. The two women at the front desk were so kind. We were offered three drink vouchers at check in. The driveway to get into the valet area is a little tight but other than that this place is great. Short walk to PNC park.

Summary: My experience was exceptional. In EVERY interaction with the staff for any reason I was treated professionally and with kindness. I expect that treatment everywhere but frequently I do not receive it. In this case at the Drury Plaza they went to great lengths to meet my needs in unique circumstances. I will definitely stay there again if circumstances allow.
